1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TelePPV ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

TelePPV provides AI-powered chatbot tools and traffic distribution for selling pay-per-view (PPV) digital content via Telegram. All payments are processed through Telegram Stars, Telegram's native digital currency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TelePPV. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bot tokens and account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all content you upload and distribute through the Platform.
• You agree not to upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to distribute.

5. Payments & Fees

• All fan payments are made via Telegram Stars.
• TelePPV charges an 8% AI processing fee on revenue generated through AI-powered conversations.
• Subscription fees (Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Premium $99/mo) are billed monthly.
• Star-to-USD conversion rates are determined by Telegram's current exchange rate (~$0.013/Star).

6. Payouts

Earned Stars are converted to USD and available for cryptocurrency withdrawal. A 21-day holding period applies to new earnings for fraud prevention.

7. Content Policy

You retain full ownership of your content. TelePPV does not claim any rights to your uploaded media. All content must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TelePPV is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
